"They caused the issue, but at least they fixed it"
I had a problem with my order that really shouldn’t have happened in the first place, and it was frustrating having to chase it up because of their mistake. To be fair, they did get back to me and sort it out without too much hassle, but it still took longer than it should have. I’m glad it’s fixed now, but they need to do better.

"My damaged roll was sorted out fast"
My roll arrived damaged, which was annoying, but I have to say they handled it really well. I got in touch and they replaced it without making a big fuss, so I was happy with the service in the end.

"Pretty helpful trade support"
I signed up for a trade account and had a couple of questions about samples and lead times. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the team got back to me quickly and made it all fairly straightforward.
They also checked stock for me before I placed the order, which probably saved me some back and forth with my client. Overall, really helpful support and I’d likely use them again.

"Nice wallpaper, just a little pricey"
The wallpaper was really nice quality, thick and easy enough to put up. There’s just something about it that makes the room look a bit more finished. Only downside was the delivery took a little longer than I was hoping, and it did feel a bit pricey.

"I ordered a few fabrics and..."
I ordered a few fabrics and one of them showed up wrong, plain and simple. The weird part is the packing slip had the right item listed, so I’m not really sure where it went sideways. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while and I still had to deal with getting it sorted out. The website is nice and easy enough to use, but yeah, the order accuracy was a letdown.

"Really nicely packed fabric order"
My fabric arrived in perfect condition, and I was genuinely impressed with how neatly everything was packaged. Nothing was squashed, marked, or thrown in carelessly, it really felt like they’d taken the time to look after the order. A friend had recommended them to me, and I can see why. It’s a small detail, but it makes such a difference. Really happy with it.

"Exactly as described"
I ordered this fabric for making curtains and I was kind of nervous about the colour, because online colours can be a bit not what you think. But the listing was really accurate, especially the close-up photos and the notes about the fabric weight.
When it arrived, it looked just like the page showed, so there were no odd surprises or anything. The measurements were right too, which was very helpful for me buying fabric online like this.

I ordered some made-to-measure curtains they’ve turned out really lovely. The stitching is nice and neat, the lining sits properly, and they hang so much better than my old ones?? They did take a little while to arrive, but I’d say they were definitely worth the wait. You can really tell someone’s taken care making them. I’m very happy with how they look

I had a question about one of the fabrics before I placed my order, and I just had a good feeling from the way they handled it. They replied way faster than I expected, and it actually felt like a real person took a moment to answer me instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. It made the whole process feel easy, and I felt comfortable going ahead with the order. Definitely a positive experience, and I’d happily use them again

"I was expecting a bit more variety, but..."
I was expecting a bit more variety, but the brand selection felt limited to me. From the way everything was presented, I kind of got the impression there would be more recognizable options, so it was a little disappointing.

"Delivery was painfully slow"
The fabrics are really nice, and I was excited to get them, but the delivery took way too long. I ended up waiting much longer than I expected, and the lack of updates was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive quickly.

"Less variety than I expected"
The site itself was easy to browse, so no real complaints there. I think I just went in expecting a wider mix of styles, especially some cleaner or more modern designs.

After looking around for a while, a lot of the fabrics and wallpapers started to feel a bit similar to me. It seemed more geared toward someone who likes a traditional look, which isn’t really what I was hoping for.

It’s not a bad site by any means, but compared with what I expected, there just wasn’t enough that matched my taste. I didn’t end up finding much I could see myself using...

"Color wasn’t quite what I expected"
The fabric arrived in good shape and the quality seems fine, but the color looked a little different from the photos online. I’ve ordered from a few other fabric shops where the pictures were a bit closer to the actual shade, so this threw me off a little. It’s still usable for my project, just not exactly what I had in mind. Next time I’d definitely order samples first before buying a bigger amount...

"Lovely blinds, really well made"
I ordered made-to-measure blinds and they’ve turned out really nicely... the stitching and finish are super neat, and they fit the window perfectly. They did take a little while to arrive, but they were worth the wait. Really happy with the quality and I’d definitely use fabricsandpapers.com again

"Pretty good for fabric samples"
I ordered a few fabric samples just to be safe. They showed up in good shape, nicely packed and everything. The colours were close to what I saw online, but still glad I checked in person first. Always a bit different in real life. Delivery took a little longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal though. Overall, good service. I’d probably use them again.

"Made-to-measure was only alright"
The curtains do fit okay, so I’ll give them that, but the stitching was noticeably uneven in places. For a made-to-measure order, I expected the person making them to be more careful with the finish.

"Staff really knew their stuff"
The staff were super helpful and really seemed to know what they were talking about. I went in not totally sure what I needed, and they gave me solid advice, actually, they made the whole thing way easier than I expected.
